PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
===================
AudioLab16 Release2: 16bit non-linear editing/DSP system
An hard-disk based 16bit audio recording, editing, processing, mixing
system, originally designed for AAA / 3210DSP equipped machines, now
available on standard Amigas. Operations are performed directly
from/to hard-disk (DD), in 16bit resolution (or more), mostly with
real-time playback (RT).

delay,flange,multiflange,fade,pitch-shift,time compress/

This is the reduced Junior version.
REGISTRATION
============
See the OrderForm.txt file for details.
When mailing cash into an envelope ask for a registered letter.
Get the registered letter receipt from your local post office and keep
it into a safe place. Be sure cash is not detectable from outside the
envelope.
Orders are processed within 48 hours from the receiving of your
registration. A short delay (up to 10 days) is possible if a new
release is almost ready.
INSTALLATION
============
Simply copy the archive contents to a drawer on your HD.
From Workbench click once on the AudioLab16R2 Junior icon and select
'Information' from the (Workbench) 'Icon' menu. Now set the following
tooltypes to match your hardware setup:
A_MEM_MODEL=<MINI|SMALL|MEDIUM|LARGE>
note: affects the amount of ChipRam/FastRam used by the application
(use the largest possible on your setup)
example: A_MEM_MODEL=LARGE
B_MEM_MODEL=<MINI|SMALL|MEDIUM|LARGE>
note: affects the amount of FastRam used by the Locator tool's caching
system (use the largest possible on your setup)
example:
B_MEM_MODEL=LARGE
C_MEM_MODEL=<MINI|SMALL|MEDIUM|LARGE|HUGE>
note: affects the amount of FastRam used by the MultiTrack Manager (use
the smallest possible depending on your multitrack projects sizes)
example:
C_MEM_MODEL=MINI
*** WARNING: if you are low on RAM set all MEM_MODELs to MINI, then
increase their values following this order:
A_MEM_MODEL
B_MEM_MODEL
C_MEM_MODEL
Increase C_MEM_MODEL only if the MultiTrack Manager doesn't allow you
to play your multitrack project, due to low memory condition. In this
case the recommended priority is
C_MEM_MODEL
A_MEM_MODEL
B_MEM_MODEL
CDDA_SCSI_DEVICE=<your CD_ROM scsi device>
note: set this if you have a scsi CD-ROM drive (this sets a default,
you can change it inside the application)

note: set this if you have a scsi CD-ROM drive (this sets a default,

note: set this if you have a MIDI interface (this sets a default, you
can change it inside the application)

can change it inside the application)

Save the icon information and double click on the icon to start the
application. After the screen mode selection the on-line help is
available. Activate a window clicking on it and press the HELP key on
your keyboard to access help. Be sure to complete the setup clicking
on the 'Other Prefs' button in the 'Control' window.
